Details of the incident : Shipped 2 cases from UPS store in Savannah, GA to Milwaukee, WI area. One case arrived, the 2nd is still lost. When the 2nd case didn't arrive on time I followed up with UPS - I was told the case had been sent back to the UPS store and was signed for there. The UPS store has denied receipt of the case. Case a Black HPRC case with red trim and handle aprrox. 20"x22"x9" with address tag for TAP Film & Video.
