Details of the incident : The renter provided all documentation, coi, ID. We informed him that the rental was late the day after it was not returned and he said he would return the following day. Since then, he has avoided our calls, texts, and messages. After additional investigation, we discovered his website was put online using wix.com 1 day prior to the rental request and the rental was paid using a pre-paid visa card from The Golden 1 Credit Union.
