Details of the incident : Lamar Lewis, Starlight PR, contacted us with a last minute need to rent audio equipment for a temporary AV school/classroom. He requested delivery and pick-up at a temporary office space. They provided us with COI, signed terms and conditions, and CC payment for the rental. Upon pick-up of equipment, they were no longer there and became unresponsive to email and phone. Per the office space receptionist, they left with our gear immediately after we delivered it, stating that it was incorrect gear and they were going to exchange it. A police report has been filed.
