Details of the incident : Friddie placed an order for rental for 7 days through our website and had it shipped to a UPS store for pickup (routine for shipped orders). A deposit of $6166 was provided and a COI for a long standing and long term insurance policy was provided. Customer would not pick up the phone once we called about late fees, and has been opening our late emails but not responding. The website from his email (Friddie.com) domain was taken offline.
